    The right-side obliquus capitis inferior (of the suboccipital group) is stretched by left rotating the client’s head and neck at the spinal joints.

     

    Note: The movement should be focused on the upper cervical spine, specifically the atlanto-axial joint.

     

    Suboccipital group:

     

    The right-side obliquus capitis inferior (of the Suboccipital Group) is stretched by left rotating the client's head and neck at the spinal joints.

    The right-side obliquus capitis inferior (of the Suboccipital Group) is stretched by left rotating the client’s head and neck at the spinal joints.
