1- You must first login to access your courses.
2- Once logged in, select "Continuing Education" from the top menu.
3- Select "My Courses" from the submenu.
You can pay either via Paypal or credit card.
If you prefer Paypal, you can login to your Paypal account directly on the Cart page by clicking the Paypal button below the "Proceed to Checkout" button
or on the Checkout Page by selecting Paypal instead of "credit card" at the bottom of the page.
If you prefer paying with a credit card, from the Cart page, select the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Fill out your information on the Checkout page and at the bottom of the page, enter your credit card information.
Note: If your subscription is ON HOLD because the payment didn't go through, please contact us at [email protected] so that we may reactivate your account so that you may update your payment information.

If your account is "on hold" this is due to your payment not going through after a few attempts on our part. You will receive an email asking you to update your payment information. Please follow the steps in that email.

3- If you have more than one subscription listed, click VIEW on the ACTIVE subscription.
4- On the "actions" row, select "Change Payment".
5- Fill out the new payment information in the required fields and click the button to finish.
6- Go to the "Payment Methods" tab and ensure that your new card is linked to your subscription(s). If you see "N/A" under Subscriptions then go back to the "my subscriptions" tab, click on "Change Payment" and select your new card again, enter your CSC code and click "Change Payment Methods". Check again on the "Payment Methods" tab and your subscription number should show.
If you try to login but forgot your password, just click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link under the login button on the login page.
You will be asked to enter your username or email then click "Get New Password".
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Note: If you sign up for one month, your are committed for one month from the day that you sign up.
If you sign up for one year, your are committed for one year from the day that you sign up.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the account will stay active until the end of your commitment time (and no "prorated" refund will be due for any remaining time on your account).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your commitment time. Once it renews, you are committed for the renewal period.

You have access to your subscription until the end of your payment cycle.
If your last payment was March 2nd and you cancel on March 15th, you'll have access until April 2nd. The same applies to Yearly subscriptions.
If the coupon code given isn't working, it could be because:
1- it wasn't entered correctly. Please try again by copying and pasting the code instead of typing it manually.
2- the coupon code has expired. Please ensure that the coupon code didn't have an expiry date.

Note: If you're switching from Monthly to Yearly, your yearly subscription will start at the end of your last monthly billing period. For example, if your monthly billing is on the 16th of every month and you switch to Yearly on the 5th, you will continue your monthly subscription until the 16th then you'll switch automatically to Yearly and be billed on the 16th for the year.

You can easily switch your LMCE subscription from monthly to yearly or vice-versa.

To access the complete articles once you're logged in to LMCE, please follow these simple steps:

2- One of the courses is entitled "Published Articles (PDFs)". Click on it to access all articles.
3- Here, you'll find the list of all full length articles. Just click on the one you want to view to access it.
4- Then click on the article image to access the PDF.
