    The lumbricals manus (of the central compartment group) are stretched with extension of fingers #2-5 at the metacarpophalangeal joints and flexion of fingers #2-5 at the interphalangeal joints.

     

    The central compartment is composed of the:

    • adductor pollicis
    • lumbricals manus
    • palmar interossei
    • dorsal interossei manus

     

    The lumbricals manus (of the central compartment group) are stretched with extension of fingers #2-5 at the metacarpophalangeal joints and flexion of fingers #2-5 at the interphalangeal joints.
