    The biceps brachii is stretched with full extension of the forearm at the elbow joint, full pronation of the forearm at the radioulnar joints, and extension of the arm at the shoulder (glenohumeral) joint.

     

    The biceps brachii is stretched with full extension of the forearm at the elbow joint, full pronation of the forearm at the radioulnar joints, and extension of the arm at the shoulder (glenohumeral) joint.
