    The internal abdominal oblique on the right side is stretched with extension, (opposite-side/contralateral) left lateral flexion, and (opposite-side/contralateral) left rotation of the trunk at the spinal joints.

     

    Note: The stretch motion should be focused primarily at the level of the lower spine

     

    The internal abdominal oblique on the right side is stretched with extension, (opposite-side/contralateral) left lateral flexion, and (opposite-side/contralateral) left rotation of the trunk at the spinal joints. 

    The internal abdominal oblique on the right side is stretched with extension, (opposite-side/contralateral) left lateral flexion, and (opposite-side/contralateral) left rotation of the trunk at the spinal joints.
