    The right-side latissimus dorsi (lat) is stretched with left lateral flexion of the lumbar spine; and flexion, lateral rotation, and horizontal flexion (horizontal adduction) of the arm at the shoulder joint.

     

    The right-side latissimus dorsi (lat) is stretched with left lateral flexion of the lumbar spine; and flexion, lateral rotation, and horizontal flexion (horizontal adduction) of the arm at the shoulder joint.
