The infraspinatus (of the rotator cuff group) is stretched with medial (internal) rotation of the arm at the shoulder (glenohumeral) joint.

The rotator cuff group is composed of the:

    • supraspinatus
    • infraspinatus
    • teres minor
    • subscapularis

Note: This stretching protocol will also stretch the teres minor.
