    The external abdominal oblique on the right side is stretched with extension, (opposite-side/contralateral) left lateral flexion, and (same-side/ipsilateral) right rotation of the trunk at the spinal joints.

     

    Note: The stretch motion should be focused primarily at the lower spine.

     

    The external abdominal oblique on the right side is stretched with extension, (opposite-side/contralateral) left lateral flexion, and (same-side/ipsilateral) right rotation of the trunk at the spinal joints. 

    The external abdominal oblique on the right side is stretched with extension, (opposite-side/contralateral) left lateral flexion, and (same-side/ipsilateral) right rotation of the trunk at the spinal joints.
