    The fibularis longus is stretched with inversion of the foot at the subtalar joint and dorsiflexion of the foot at the ankle joint.

     

    Notes:

    • This stretching protocol also stretches the fibularis brevis.
    • The old name for fibularis longus is peroneus longus.
