The teres minor (of the rotator cuff group) is stretched with medial (internal) rotation of the arm at the shoulder (glenohumeral) joint.
The rotator cuff group is composed of the:
- supraspinatus
- infraspinatus
- teres minor
- subscapularis
Note: This stretching protocol will also stretch the infraspinatus.
