    The extensor digitorum is stretched with flexion of fingers #2-5 at the metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints, and flexion of the wrist joint, and flexion of the elbow joint.

     

    Note: The extensor digiti minimi of the little finger will also be stretched with this stretching protocol.
