    The transversospinalis paraspinal musculature is stretched with flexion, opposite-side (contralateral) lateral flexion, and same-side (ipsilateral) rotation of the spine.

    The transversospinalis paraspinal musculature is stretched with flexion, opposite-side (contralateral) lateral flexion, and same-side (ipsilateral) rotation of the spine.
